The plan is to just do this one over again, but in blue. That way he's either The King or Dinoco McQueen. It also helps us tell the difference between his 2nd and 3rd birthday pictures when we're looking back at them 20 years from now.
I don't know what to do. And I have to make a decision soon. If I do it myself I need to get the cake in the oven now, make all the icing, wait for the cake to cool and then start decorating my heart out. I'm sure I spent at least 3-4 hours on the decorating part last year. If I do the ice cream cake then all I have to do is phone them up, order the cake, and then go have a nap.
Noah doesn't even like regular cake. All he does is eat the icing off and pass the cake part onto me or Jonathan. He loves ice cream cake. And so do I. We also still have a ton of left over cupcakes from last night.
Okay. Decision made. We're going with the ice cream cake.

You did an amazing job on the cake last year. Wow. I think I would have made the same discision. Ice cream cake is delicious and easy and they look great. You get a nap out of the deal too! What more could you want. Have fun!!
